I offer a Free 30-Minute Initial Session. This is a gentle, no-pressure space for us to connect, discuss what you are looking to transform, and see if my somatic approach resonates with your healing journey.

You can choose how we meet for your consultation and future sessions:

• In-Office (A private, safe physical space)
• Zoom Video (Secure online sessions from the comfort of your home)

Investment & Practice Policies:

• Individual Session Fee: $125.00 (60 minutes)
• Private Pay: I operate as a private-pay practice and do not process insurance. This ensures your healing timeline and treatment remain entirely confidential and tailored strictly to your unique needs.
• Payment is accepted at the time of your session.
